Inventory and order acceptance

Many products are one-of-one or limited quantity. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until payment is successfully completed. We may cancel and refund an order if an inventory error, duplicate sale, pricing error, fraud concern, or other material problem prevents us from fulfilling it.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and provide useful photographs. Because much of our inventory is liquidation, open-box, pre-owned, vintage, or otherwise unique, normal cosmetic variation or wear may exist when disclosed or visible in the listing. The specific product page controls over general promotional language.

Prices and shipping

Prices may change before an order is placed. Shipping is a separate charge unless a listing specifically says shipping is included. Applicable taxes and any other required charges will be shown as part of checkout when required.

Payment

Orders must be paid using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms.

Abuse and fraud

We may reject or cancel transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or intended to interfere with the operation of the website or another customer’s ability to purchase inventory.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the store, payment methods, shipping practices, or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by laws applicable in New Mexico, while preserving consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
